My Background
After graduating in 1990 from
North Hennepin Community College
with a Graphic Design degree
I started my own business.
Fine art is my passion working in
pastels, watercolor, inkwash, pencil, and acrylic.
I’ve illustrated eleven books.

I was blessed with two wonderful sons, two beautiful daughter-in-laws, five amazing grandchildren and a life partner whom I adore. Our home is in Glenwood, Minnesota on beautiful Lake Minnewaska. We also have a small casa in Teacapán, Mexico where I have found wonderful subjects for my artwork.

I use many different mediums, such as pastels, acrylics, watercolor, inkwash, pencil. I believe that working in a single medium is restrictive to my artistic process. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.
